Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey conducted on September 15, 2023, found that Devoted Home Care Agency had corrected the deficiency cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiency was cited as a result of an onsite follow up survey completed on 7/14/23. The original onsite re-licensure survey was conducted on 4/7/23.
